Valve Bags
VidePak has engineered certified valve bags for chemicals, construction, and food industries, producing over 100 millions annually under ISO 9001 standards.
Valve bags, one of the most popular packaging solutions for powdered products such as flour, activated carbon, plastic granules, and cement. Their defining feature is a small opening or “valve” located at the corner of the bag, which facilitates efficient material filling. Internally, the valve incorporates a self-closing flap that acts as a check valve after filling, ensuring automatic sealing under the pressure of the bagged contents. This innovative design eliminates the need for manual closure, enhancing operational efficiency and minimizing product leakage.
According to material, we offers:
- Pasted paper valve bags: durable and eco-friendly, ideal for heavy-duty applications.
- Polypropylene valve bags: lightweight and tear-resistant.
- Paper-laminated PP valve bags: combines strength of paper with the barrier properties of PP.
- Co-extruded polyethylene valve bags: offers superior seal integrity and flexibility.
Multiple Custom Options
VidePak offers multiple options to accommodate unique needs, including Carry Hands, Easy opening tape, Paper Insert, Poly Lock, Sonic Seal, Tuck In and Block Bottom.

Paper Insert
Insert the paper tube into the valve opening.

Micro-Perforation
Micro-perforated surface for airflow release and ventilation.

Sonic Sealing
After filling, it is closed by heat sealing or sonic sealing.

Block Bottom
Block bottom design for upright stability and space efficiency.

Tuck-In
Manually insert the flap into the opening after filling.

Easy Carry handle
This design allows the workers to easily carrg the bags.

Poly-Lock
It consists of a polyethylene flap that fits into opening.

Easy Opening Tape
This design allows user to open the bags easily.

Frequently Asked Question
VIDEPAK offer vide a range of valve types to ensure precise, clean, and reliable filling, including:
Pasted Paper Valve Bags: Made from multiwall kraft paper with a formed valve, they feel rigid, stack cleanly, and perform reliably on high-speed filling lines. Strong shape retention. Good pallet stability. Barrier is moderate by default, yet easily enhanced with coatings or liners when humidity becomes the enemy. Cost is typically driven by paper grade and ply count—simple structure, proven efficiency.
BOPP Valve Bags: A PP-based construction finished with a BOPP laminated layer, delivering sharper print, better scuff resistance, and a more “retail-ready” surface. Branding looks stronger; surface protection works harder. Added lamination can increase cost, but it also increases visual impact—performance and presentation in one.
PP Woven Valve Bags: Built with woven PP fabric, they prioritise toughness: higher tear resistance, strong burst strength, and confident handling in rough logistics. Ideal for heavier products and long-distance distribution. Cost follows fabric weight, coatings/lamination, and valve design—rugged by design, not by slogan.
Polyethylene Valve Bags: Produced from PE film structures, they focus on barrier and seal integrity—tight containment, strong moisture resistance, strong strength. Best suited for moisture-sensitive powders or granules. Often higher material cost, yet lower leakage risk.
VIDEPAK offers 4 types of Valve Types according to different applications and designs:
Paper Insert: A reinforced paper sleeve is integrated inside the valve to keep the opening stable during filling and support a reliable self-closing action afterwards. Simple, proven, widely compatible. Best suited for standard powder and granular products where consistent machine filling and cost-efficient construction are key.
Sonic Sealing: The valve area is formed by ultrasonic (sonic) sealing, creating a precisely fused structure with highly repeatable dimensions. Cleaner edges, tighter closure. Ideal for fine powders and high-speed lines where dust control and process consistency matter more than anything else.
Tuck-In: The valve is designed to fold and tuck into the bag body after filling, protecting the valve mouth from abrasion and accidental opening during handling. Practical, protective, logistics-friendly. Often chosen when bags face rough transport, frequent stacking, or long storage cycles.
Poly-Lock: A polymer-based locking feature enhances the valve’s self-seal behaviour, helping the valve close quickly and stay closed under vibration and movement. Stronger closure mechanics, better spillage resistance. Suited for demanding distribution environments and products where leakage risk must be tightly managed.
Different structures, different strengths—why force one “best” answer when your product and your filling line ask different questions?
Yes, we have two options for your choice:
- Reference samples: we provide this samples from our existing stock. It could be close to your specification and not 100% same. So It helps you quickly evaluate our product quality, material, and printing before requesting a custom-made sample. Reference samples are free of charge, but DHL express cost is taken by buyer.
- Mock up custom samples: it is produced according to your specifications, including size, material, printing design, and any other customized features. These are 1:1 replicas for your bags, and it fully reflects your specifications and helps confirm all production details before mass production. It takes some charge for samples and DHL express cost.
We do it as below sections:
- Raw Material
We use 100% virgin material sourced through ASTM-compliant testing standards. We do sampling inspection for each batch of raw material, to verify material integrity before production. - Quality Control System
We produce and test products according to ISO9001, ASTM standard, EN standard and JIS standard. We ensure that product tolerances are within the specified range of standards, and conduct diverse testing accoridng to those standard for each batch of products, such as impact tests, tensile strength, UV weather resistance tests, etc. - Production Equipment
We're using equipments from top supplier such as Austrian Starlinger and German W&H, to ensure production efficiency, precision, process stability and better quality control. - Industrial Experience
Our core management teams have over 25 years experiene in the industrial bags. Since our factory establishment in 2008, we've cultivated quality control systems through partnerships with Fortune 500 companies including Nestle, Carrefour, Nippon Paint, AkzoNobel, Sinopec etc. In the cooperation with those excellent clients, we have accumulated a lot of experience in quality control, and we have gradually established quality specifications and standards. This is an advantage that many small manufacturers do not have.
MOQ is 10,000 pcs for per specification. The MOQ is mainly decided by material procurement costs, production efficiency, and logistics optimization. So it can't be adjusted.
It depends on the order quantity and requirement. However, it generally refer to:
- Regarding mock up samples, lead time is 10 business days (sending by DHL or Fedex)
- Regarding standard bulk orders, lead time is generally 15-25 business days.
