PP Woven Bags

PP Woven Bags, also called Polypropylene Woven Bags & Poly Fabric Bags & Plastic Woven Sacks, crafted by interweaving polypropylene tapes into a durable fabric structure. They are manufactured through extrusion, drawing, weaving, and bag-making processes to form features like durable, lightweight plastic bags. It is characterized by high tensile strength, corrosion resistance, moisture-proof properties, and heat stability.

VidePak produces high-strength PP woven bags made from 100% virgin polypropylene (PP), and offers tear resistance, UV protection, anti-slip surfaces, and optional PE waterproof coatings.

Frequently Asked Question

At VIDEPAK, we offer a full range of opening types including:

  1. Sewn Open Mouth Bags (SOM), which provides a fully open top for easy filling and is securely closed by sewing after filling, making it a reliable and cost-effective solution for manual and semi-automatic operations;
  2. Valve Opening, engineered for high-speed automated filling systems, featuring self-closing performance to reduce dust emission and product lossï¼›
  3. Pinch Bottom Open Mouth (PBOM), with a pre-formed mouth structure that enables heat sealing for a clean, uniform, and tamper-resistant closure;
  4. Pasted Open Mouth (POM), using a glued mouth construction to maintain opening stability during filling and ensure consistent sealing quality;
  5. Self-Opening Sack (SOS), designed to automatically open on filling lines to improve filling accuracy and efficiency in fully automated processes.

In addition, VIDEPAK can supply PP woven bags with Open Top, Gusseted Open Mouth, or Drawstring Opening configurations to meet specific material characteristics and handling requirements. By offering multiple opening and closure options, VIDEPAK ensures that each PP woven bag is optimised for its intended filling system, product type, and logistical conditions.

VIDEPAK provides a wide selection of bottom types including:

  1. Folded Bottom Seam: the most widely used construction, where the bottom is folded and stitched with one or two parallel threads to deliver reliable strength for typical 5 kg to 50 kg loads;
  2. Block Bottom (Self-Standing): designed to create a flat, rectangular base that allows the bag to stand upright, improving stacking stability, palletisation efficiency, and suitability for automated filling and modern retail presentation;
  3. the Pinch Bottom (Sealed), a heat-sealed solution frequently used with BOPP laminated PP woven bags to prevent leakage of fine powders and provide enhanced airtight and dust-proof performance;
  4. Hemmed Bottom with Tape, where the bottom seam is reinforced with PP tape or a paper layer during stitching, particularly for laminated bags, to enhance moisture resistance and reduce the risk of tearing under demanding transport and storage conditions.

VIDEPAK produces further categorised PP woven bags according to lamination type, allowing us to provide appearance, protection performance, and functional properties to different applications.

  1. BOPP PP Woven Bags are laminated with BOPP film, providing excellent print clarity, high-resolution graphics, and enhanced surface durability, making them ideal for branding-focused packaging and retail-ready industrial products while also offering improved moisture resistance.
  2. Paper–PP Woven Bags combine an outer kraft paper layer with an inner PP woven fabric, delivering a balance between a natural, paper-based appearance and the mechanical strength of woven polypropylene; this structure is widely used for products that require good stackability, breathability, and a more traditional or sustainable visual presentation.
  3. Waterproof PP Woven Bags with PE Layer are laminated or lined with a polyethylene (PE) layer, either externally or internally, to create an effective moisture and water barrier, protecting hygroscopic or sensitive contents during storage and transportation in humid or challenging environments.
  4. PP Woven Bags with PE Liner incorporate a loose or fitted polyethylene inner liner inside the woven bag, providing an independent inner barrier that offers superior protection against moisture, fine powder leakage, and contamination, while retaining the strength and handling performance of the outer PP woven fabric.

Yes, we have two options for your choice:

  1. Reference samples: we provide this samples from our existing stock. It could be close to your specification and not 100% same. So It helps you quickly evaluate our product quality, material, and printing before requesting a custom-made sample. Reference samples are free of charge, but DHL express cost is taken by buyer.
  2. Mock up custom samples: it is produced according to your specifications, including size, material, printing design, and any other customized features. These are 1:1 replicas for your bags, and it fully reflects your specifications and helps confirm all production details before mass production. It takes some charge for samples and DHL express cost.

For industrial bulk bags, we do it as below sections:

  1. Raw Material
    We use 100% virgin material sourced through ASTM-compliant testing standards. We do sampling inspection for each batch of raw material, to verify material integrity before production.
  2. Quality Control System
    We produce and test products according to ISO9001, ASTM standard, EN standard and JIS standard. We ensure that product tolerances are within the specified range of standards, and conduct diverse testing accoridng to those standard for each batch of products, such as impact tests, tensile strength, UV weather resistance tests, etc.
  3. Production Equipment
    We're using equipments from top supplier such as Austrian Starlinger and German W&H, to ensure production efficiency, precision, process stability and better quality control.
  4. Industrial Experience
    Our core management teams have over 25 years experiene in the industrial bags. Since our factory establishment in 2008, we've cultivated quality control systems through partnerships with Fortune 500 companies including Nestle, Carrefour, Nippon Paint, AkzoNobel, Sinopec etc. In the cooperation with those excellent clients, we have accumulated a lot of experience in quality control, and we have gradually established quality specifications and standards. This is an advantage that many small manufacturers do not have.

The MOQ is 10,000 pcs for per specification. The MOQ is mainly decided by material procurement costs, production efficiency, and logistics optimization. So it can't be adjusted.

It depends on the order quantity and requirement. However, it generally refer to:

  1. Regarding mock up samples, lead time is 10 business days (sending by DHL or Fedex)
  2. Regarding standard bulk orders, lead time is generally 15-25 business days.
